Newton Dentistry is a multi-speciality private dental office seeking an Assistant to join their team. The role involves ensuring smooth patient flow, confirming appointments, and assisting dentists with patient treatments while providing exceptional customer service in a busy practice environment. Responsibilities Ultimately responsible for smooth and efficient patient flow Calling patients to confirm appointments Assist Dentists with signing up patients for treatments Follow up with patients, stay in communication and help them to get their needed treatment done Make sure that the financial policies as laid down by the owner are the only policies followed This role is cross trained as a Dental Assistant. Our office will sponsor the candidate's license and will train on the job.
