You’re the quarterback who makes sure projects don’t slip, customers don’t churn, and our internal team doesn’t drop the ball.You’re not writing code or building agents—that’s the Solution Engineer’s job. You’re orchestrating: tracking progress, unblocking issues, managing scope, communicating with customers, and escalating internally when things go sideways. You’re the reason projects launch on time and customers renew.What you’ll doBe responsible for delivery: run kickoff, plan milestones, maintain RACI/RAID, and hold weekly customer syncs with clear status and risks.Turn a plan into execution: convert the Solution Architect’s design into a tracked roadmap , define acceptance criteria, and manage change control.Make the first call happen fast: coordinate API Integration, Telephony (VOIP) connectivity, environments, access, and compliance approvals.Coordinate cross-functional teams: schedule Solution Engineers; pull in VoIP/VoiceTech engineers as needed; unblock issues and escalate early with options.Stakeholder management: align AEs, champions, IT/Sec, and ops; keep a single source of truth for scope, decisions, and metrics.Operationalize success: deliver runbooks, training, and post-mortem; feed playbook/product improvements back to Engineering/Support.Requirements3-5 years in technical implementation, deployment management, or technical project management for B2B SaaS or IT ConsultingEnterprise customers: You’ve worked with Fortune 500 or mid-market companies with complex requirementsTechnical fluency: You understand how APIs, Databases, LLMs work and can speak comfortably with engineersProject management: You’ve shipped 10+ implementations from kickoff to launchProven ability to manage multiple projects: Multiple concurrent Projects without dropping ballsFounded in Berlin in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Albert Astabatsyan, Hakob Astabatsyan, and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky, Synthflow AI democratizes access to advanced voice AI with a no-code platform that lets enterprises easily create, deploy and scale natural-sounding, cost-effective voice agents tailored to their business needs.
