AI Project Coordinator

Crowe is one of the largest public accounting, consulting and technology firms in the United States, and they are seeking an entry-level AI Project Coordinator. This role involves supporting AI solution delivery through project coordination, managing documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication while collaborating with engineers and consultants. Responsibilities Support project management tasks including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, managing project artifacts using Azure DevOps, and communicating updates clearly across teams Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, resources, project statuses, and relevant communications Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document business needs, user stories, and technical specifications Support cross-functional communication and collaboration, helping to identify and mitigate risks to maintain smooth project progression Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to support deployment activities and ensure infrastructure aligns with project timelines and deliverables Create technical diagrams and translate business requirements into implementable solutions; prepare demonstrations and training materials for client presentations Provide hands-on technical support where needed by building prototypes, configuring AI agents, and leveraging generative AI tools for rapid prototyping and solution validation Stay current with emerging AI technologies and proactively share knowledge with team members Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, Informatics, or related technical field with demonstrated technical aptitude Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools Proficiency with data manipulation Excellent organizational and communication skills 0-2 years in project coordination, business analysis, or technical support roles Recent graduate with technical degree and demonstrated aptitude for AI/ML applications, low-code development, or data analysis Experience with project support, requirements documentation, or technical coordination in academic or professional settings Benefits Comprehensive total rewards package Company Overview Crowe LLP is a public accounting, consulting, and technology firm.
