AI – Technology Integration Consultant

Job Description: • Lead the integration of AI-driven chatbots across all subsidiary websites and digital platforms. • Develop and optimize automation workflows for scheduling, administrative tasks, support functions, and sales pathways. • Complete internal AI development tasks, including small ML prototypes, scripts, and automations. • Ensure AI systems operate with reliability, accuracy, and efficiency. • Update, maintain, and enhance UCG websites for performance, user experience, and professional standards. • Connect websites to CRM, scheduling systems, payment portals, patient portals, and learning systems. • Code and develop small- to medium-sized software projects, including internal tools, AI utilities, web apps, integrations, automations, dashboards, and scripts. • Store all source code, automations, and documentation in Bitrix24 or another approved secure repository. • Integrate and optimize 3CX or other telephony systems with websites, CRM, chatbots, and support systems. • Plan, lead, and coordinate major technology projects across subsidiaries. • Identify and evaluate external developers, platform vendors, and AI service providers. • Maintain an up-to-date registry of all digital assets, domains, licenses, integrations, and systems. • Conduct quarterly audits to identify inefficiencies, security risks, and opportunities for optimization. • Provide training across all subsidiaries on newly deployed systems and integrations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of experience in AI, software development, automation, web development, or systems integration. • Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, or similar. • Experience integrating CRM, telephony systems, cloud services, and automation platforms. • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills. • Experience with Bitrix24 or a similar repository/documentation system preferred.
