We run a fast-growing Airbnb management company and are looking for a design expert who understands short-term rental appeal and guest psychology. Your job will be to take our vision, apply it to existing property photos, and create high-quality, realistic mockups that show exactly how the unit will look when fully furnished. What You’ll Do: Take existing property photos (we provide them) and virtually stage them with furniture, décor, and styling that match our brand vision. Source and order all furniture and décor at the best available prices. Optimize designs for Airbnb—balancing style, functionality, and durability. Deliver a clear furniture plan and shopping list so our team can execute quickly. Our Goal: We want to present clients with a stunning visual preview before any physical setup begins—allowing us to launch listings at higher nightly rates and get bookings faster. You’re a Great Fit If You: Have experience designing for short-term rentals or hospitality spaces. Are skilled in virtual staging and creating realistic 3D renderings. Know how to find great deals on furniture and décor without sacrificing quality. Understand how design choices impact Airbnb bookings and reviews.
