The Supply Chain Solutions Analyst role focuses on transforming raw data into strategic advantages, improving operational efficiencies, and collaborating across various departments to deliver impactful logistics solutions. Responsibilities Data Intelligence: Compile and analyze complex customer supply chain data using advanced mapping software, databases, and dynamic modeling tools Strategic Benchmarking: Research "Best in Class" supply chain practices and translate these insights into functional operational tools and custom client solutions Performance Optimization: Develop and evaluate key performance metrics to ensure the perfect balance of cost, service level, and supply chain speed Project Leadership: Coordinate and implement large-scale consulting projects across warehouse, transportation, and broader supply chain functions Network Modeling: Support high-level modeling projects utilizing industry-standard tools like Logic Tools, i2, or OptiLogic Cross-Functional Communication: Synthesize technical findings into compelling presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders Skills Bachelor's Degree: Required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field Professional Background: 1+ years of relevant experience (including high-level internships) in project management or supply chain analysis Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Excel Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and OptiLogic is highly preferred Analytical Mindset: Proven ability as a creative problem solver who can proactively identify risks and resolve them through data-driven insights Company Overview CJ Logistics America is a North American-based integrated supply chain service organization with operations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
