Art Director, Market Access (Remote - US)

This role provides the opportunity to lead creative design initiatives that make a meaningful impact in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. You will oversee the concept, design, and production of visual communications across multiple accounts and mediums, including print and digital. The position is ideal for a hands-on, self-starting designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring other creatives. You will translate complex ideas into visually compelling materials, elevate the overall creative output, and ensure consistency across projects while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive client success. Accountabilities: · Lead the concept, design, and development of creative resources across multiple accounts and platforms. · Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and project teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication. · Maintain creative standards while reviewing, critiquing, and providing guidance on team outputs. · Manage projects from start to finish, adhering to timelines and ensuring high-quality delivery. · Provide input to production personnel and oversee specifications to ensure smooth production processes. · Present ideas internally and to clients, translating complex content into visually engaging formats. · Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging techniques relevant to healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing. · Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field; experience in pharma marketing is a plus. · 4+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative department or agency environment. · Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint; familiarity with Mac and PC platforms. · Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to apply technology effectively to design tasks. · Excellent project management, leadership, and teamwork skills; self-starter with professional confidence. · Ability to visualize data, charts, and infographics effectively for diverse audiences. · Strong communication and client presentation skills. · Competitive salary range ($67,000—$93,000 USD) with eligibility for discretionary annual bonus. · Comprehensive health, retirement, life insurance, and disability benefits. · Paid time off for vacation and sick leave. · Fully remote work or option to work from the office. · Professional development opportunities and dynamic creative environment.
