Job Description • Manage the financial and operational performance of affordable housing assets within the portfolio. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations, including reporting requirements. • Collaborate with property management teams to identify and implement operational improvements. • Analyze financial reports and budgets to identify areas for cost savings or revenue enhancement. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory agencies, and community partners. • Oversee the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting asset performance and compliance. • Provide strategic recommendations for property repositioning or capital improvements. • Monitor market trends and policy changes impacting affordable housing operations. The Successful Applicant A successful Affordable Housing Asset Manager should have: • A strong understanding of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements. • Experience in property management or asset management within the property industry. • Proficiency in analyzing financial reports, budgets, and operational performance metrics. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • A commitment to maintaining compliance and delivering high-quality housing solutions.
