Position: Associate Product Manager (Remote USA - EST) Employer Industry: Risk Assessment and Solutions for Government Agencies Why consider this job opportunity • Salary up to $101,200 • Eligible for an annual incentive bonus • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision • 401(k) plan with company match and Employee Share Purchase Plan • Opportunities for professional development and community involvement through paid leave for volunteering • Flexible remote work option available, with the requirement to work East Coast hours What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Collaborate with product teams to translate public safety customer needs into product requirements • Participate in customer discovery activities and provide input for solutions • Analyze data to support decision-making and share insights with team members • Assist in go-to-market launch plans and product marketing activities • Write clear and concise product requirements that align with company guidelines What is Required (Qualifications) • Minimum of 0-2 years of product management experience • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities • Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile Scrum and Kanban • Familiarity with law enforcement products is a plus • U.S. Citizenship is required for this specific role How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred • Knowledge of the company’s Law Enforcement products (Accurint Virtual Crime Center and Accurint TraX) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
