About the position As an Associate Property Engagement Platform at Hilton, you will be part of a dynamic Technology team focused on deploying innovative consumer-facing technologies in the hospitality sector. This role involves supporting the deployment of Hilton's new Property Management System (PMS) and engaging with hotels to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform. You will work closely with the Global Deployment & Change Management team, reporting to the Manager of the Property Engagement Platform, to facilitate training, data migration, and system configuration. Responsibilities • Communicate and engage with hotels leading up to migration. • Configure and build the system database. • Export guest and financial data from OnQ and import into Hilton's new PMS while ensuring both systems are in balance. • Set up hardware and system interfaces. • Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support. • Assist in special projects and ad hoc property support assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Associate. Requirements • Professional work experience in Technology or related field. • Work experience using Hotel Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily. • Solid understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS, and interfaces. • Domestic and international travel up to 80%. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience. • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field. • Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily. • Proven track record as a successful systems installer. • Knowledge in point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON. • Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems. • Bilingual.
