Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive hearing and balance assessments, diagnose auditory and vestibular disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ quality of life through expert audiological care. The position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach. Prior experience with pediatrics, otolaryngology, and diagnostic evaluation is highly valued. Candidates should possess solid organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications, and a thorough understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to audiology. Duties • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics. • Diagnose auditory and vestibular disorders using advanced testing equipment and techniques. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including hearing aid fitting, cochlear implants, and other assistive devices. • Educate patients and their families about hearing health, device usage, and maintenance to ensure optimal outcomes. • Collaborate with ENT specialists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. • Maintain detailed patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Microsoft Office applications including Excel. • Stay current with advancements in audiology technology and best practices through continuous professional development. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism. • Assist in sales of hearing aids and related products by explaining features and benefits to patients. Skills • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to audiology and otolaryngology. • Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred. • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently. • Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques for hearing and balance disorders. • Skilled in using audiological equipment and software for testing purposes. • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting. • Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. • Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. • Sales experience or aptitude for promoting hearing solutions is a plus. • Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and mentorship roles when needed.
