Job Summary We are seeking a Business Development Director - Strategic Partnerships to drive collaboration with major technology vendors and industry partners. This role is focused on establishing and nurturing strategic alliances that enhance our innovation, technology integration, and industry positioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive technology, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development. This role reports directly to the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and subsidiary teams to align partnerships with the company's broader innovation and technology strategy. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage relationships with key technology vendors, automotive suppliers, and strategic partners. • Identify and assess potential partnerships that align with the company's technology and innovation roadmap. • Lead negotiations and agreements with tech providers, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and subsidiary teams to drive seamless technology integration and strategic alignment. • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the company stays ahead of market shifts. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and consortiums to build brand credibility and attract partners. • Work closely with R&D and product teams to influence technology adoption and strategic investments. • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and innovation. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or technology strategy in the automotive or tech sector. • Strong understanding of automotive ecosystems, mobility trends, and emerging technologies. • Proven ability to build and manage complex, long-term partnerships. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building • Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a focus on innovation.
