YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION Join our dynamic commercial team at Eskimi , where we are dedicated to expanding our network and driving revenue growth. As a key member, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, while also actively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with our customer service, marketing, and product teams, you'll ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support to achieve their goals. Eskimi is seeking a Business Development Manager in Kazakhstan to expand the business of the region. WHAT YOU’LL DO Seek new business opportunities through active outreach; Generate demand by working with agencies and direct clients; Be responsible for revenue and profitability targets for the market; Close deals and onboard new clients; Work with partners in Uzbekistan to ensure best representation in the market. WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT 2+ years of experience in digital advertising sales and a deal track record; Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape; A network of clients - advertising agencies or brands; Understanding customers' needs and responding with the right solutions is key to success; Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Fluency in local language along with good command of written and spoken English.
