They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to focus on the New York cannabis market, sourcing inventory and supporting deal execution. Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to New York–licensed cannabis operators Source and procure cannabis inventory, including flower, concentrates, and bulk inputs Identify new buying and selling opportunities within the NY market Manage and grow relationships with existing New York accounts Track active deals, pricing, and communications within the CRM Collaborate with internal team members to match buyer demand with seller inventory Monitor New York market trends, pricing, and supply conditions Support deal execution, including follow-ups on agreements, payments, and deliveries Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with New York regulations Skills 1–3 years of experience in cannabis, B2B sales, wholesale, or procurement Strong phone presence and professional communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active deals Familiarity with New York cannabis licensing, compliance, and product categories Experience using CRM systems (Distru) and Microsoft Office Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow in a developing market Benefits Health benefits package Quarterly bonus eligibility Career advancement opportunities within a national cannabis organization Company Overview We are a trusted cannabis brokerage firm providing expert guidance and support to businesses throughout the cannabis industry.
