They are seeking a Business Development Representative to expand their user base and qualify potential B2B sales prospects through various outreach methods, including phone, email, and social media. Responsibilities Use Salesforce and other sales tools, build lead lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the larger sales team Prospect into accounts within your territory and find leads to qualify for your Enterprise Sales counterpart Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies Manage inbound inquiries and lead management Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Cyera Data Security Platform, industry trends, and competition Strive to exceed targets for daily activities and monthly and quarterly pipeline goals Conduct high-level conversations with mid and senior-level executives in the security space Learn, get better, hit your numbers, and raise your game–every day Performs other related duties as assigned Work out of Cyera’s office (NYC) Skills Bachelor's Degree Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics Results-oriented, metrics-driven track record Excited to build a long-term sales career Coachable and ready to learn concepts Strong organization and time management skills with excellent verbal and written skills Innovative, motivated, organized, high-energy team player with attention to detail Self-starter mentality, leveraging your creativity, insight, and intellect to get the job done You're an overachiever.
