Business Development Representative – Service Coordinator

Description: • Make high-volume outbound calls to customers, proactively scheduling routine maintenance appointments • Handle inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism and efficiency • Follow approved call guides and scripts to ensure consistency and quality • Schedule appointments with precision—confirming dates, times, locations, and transportation options • Document every interaction thoroughly in our CRM/DMS systems • Protect customer privacy by handling all personal information securely • Achieve performance standards that reflect excellence: Average Handle Time: under 3 minutes, Appointment Show Rate: 88% or higher, Quality Assurance Score: 90% or higher • Use approved tools (BDC Assistant, DMS, CRM) to provide quick, accurate information • Escalate technical or warranty questions to Service Advisors when needed Requirements: • Must reside in Texas (100% remote position) • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment (200 - 250 calls/ day) • Computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM/DMS systems • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace • 1+ years of call center, outbound calling, or appointment setting experience (Preferred) • Customer service or sales background (Preferred) • Automotive industry experience (but not required—we'll train you!)
