About the Role We're hiring a Part-Time Remote Appointment Setter to be the voice of our nationally recognized fine art studio. You'll speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest and guide them toward scheduling their portrait experience. Every call is an opportunity to create anticipation, excitement, and connection. This is not cold calling -- it's storytelling with purpose. About Us For nearly two decades, Morie Fine Art Portraits has created heirloom-quality artwork for families across the South. Our portraits capture legacy, love, and connection -- and that begins with you, the first voice they hear. What You'll Do • Call warm leads (no cold calling!) using our proven script • Use your personality and timing to make each call engaging and authentic • Educate clients on what makes our fine art portrait experience one-of-a-kind • Log all notes and results in our CRM • Meet weekly goals and earn generous bonuses for top performance What You Bring • Sales experience and a closer's mindset -- you know how to guide people to a confident "yes" • Background in acting, performing, or storytelling -- you understand tone, emotion, and presence • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Confidence in handling objections naturally and positively • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for people • A quiet workspace and comfort using basic tech tools (CRM, phone, computer) • Self-motivated with a winning mindset -- and a proven high achiever What You'll Get • Base pay + performance bonuses • 24 hours per week to start (with opportunity to grow once KPIs are met) • Full training, proven scripts, and ongoing coaching • Work remotely with a fun, creative, and supportive team • Growth opportunities in a thriving, values-driven company This isn't just a job -- it's a chance to perform with purpose.
