Overview LMI is seeking an experienced Principal, Chief Technology Officer with focus on our Army portfolio. Responsibilities • Lead the identification and translation of our clients digital needs for each of our core business areas • Stay educated on emerging technologies • Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals and or progress • Create and oversee implementation of technology solutions & strategies • Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals • Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives • Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services Qualifications • The ability to drive teams in complex solution development • Demonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal artifacts. • Strong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrix organization (e.g., successful collaboration across Division/Groups in current LMI structure) • Excellent verbal and written communication skill • Organization and time-management skills • Multitasking skills • Ability to manage large budgets effectively • Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit company • Knowledge of all functions and roles within IT • Knowledge of best information security practices • Excellent leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines • Demonstrated strong culture fit and values alignment with LMI. • Demonstrated leadership capability. Team player. • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the govcon/IT market. • Advanced degree preferred.
