As a Clinical Data Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the collection, management, and analysis of data for our clinical trials. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about data integrity and has a strong background in clinical research. Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of data for clinical trials at PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the entire data collection and management process. Lead and manage a team of data specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data collection and management processes. Monitor data quality, identify and resolve any issues that arise, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for data management and incorporate them into PPD's processes. Communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members. Participate in project meetings and provide input and recommendations for data-related issues. Contribute to the development and implementation of new data management tools and technologies. Collaborate with statisticians and other data analysts to ensure accurate and timely analysis of clinical trial data. Train and mentor team members on data management processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of data management.
