Compliance Specialist III
Title: Compliance Specialist III Location: Remote Role Duration: 12+ Months Pay Range: $50/Hr to $55/Hr (DOE) Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python on AHT, product usage, escalation rates, pass rates, completion rates, and other key KYC metrics Build dashboards and queries that display and enable tracking of program effectiveness Leverage findings from data analyses and dashboards to identify and implement process improvements Supports key KYC program functions required to maintain compliance. Specifically delivers process mapping, documentation, program health, quality initiatives, tech issues Skills: Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory legislation. Works well independently and a strong team player. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Visio. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (in business, accounting, legal, or related field). Excellent business writing skills to update regulatory artifacts, Standard Operating Procedures, training material, etc. Apply tot his job
