Job Description: • Manage full cycle recruiting for roles across sales, engineering, product, customer success, operations, and other departments as needed. • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build aligned search strategies, and maintain consistent communication. • Screen candidates for skills, experience, and alignment with Nerdio’s culture and mission. • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring teams through the evaluation and decision-making process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and ensure smooth workflow management. • Provide a high-quality candidate experience from first outreach to offer stage. • Advise hiring managers on market insights, recruiting best practices, and realistic timelines. • Support the refinement of recruiting processes, pipelines, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred • Previous experience (3 - 5 years) of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 - 2 years in a tech or SaaS environment (Plus) • Experience recruiting for roles related to: Cloud computing / Azure / Microsoft ecosystem • Sales engineering or technical support • Go-to-market teams in SaaS • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (i.e., HRIS, ATS) • Rippling experience preferred • LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
