Creative Studio Manager

About the position Responsibilities • Develop and define the overall creative direction for campaigns, aligning with brand identity and business objectives. • Oversee and inspire creative teams, including designers, copywriters, videographers, and art/editorial directors. • Ensure that all creative outputs maintain brand integrity, tone, and visual consistency across platforms. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. • Stay current with emerging design trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing best practices. • Develop and manage the studio's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity and minimize bottlenecks. • Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and optimize future campaigns. Requirements • BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Computer Graphics, Multimedia or related degree. • 7-10+ years of design experience in agency or marketing department. • A minimum of 3 years leading creative, marketing, or multidisciplinary teams. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly. Nice-to-haves • Experience with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). • Familiarity with design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). • Insights into consumer behavior and how it shapes creative strategy.
