Set and maintain high standards of safety and customer service on all American Airlines flights. Develop and implement training programs for flight attendants to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge. Monitor and evaluate the performance of flight attendants and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise during flights and work towards resolving them to maintain customer satisfaction. Create and maintain schedules for flight attendants, taking into account their availability and preferences. Monitor and manage the budget for the Inflight Attendance team. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary changes to procedures if needed. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the team, promoting teamwork and open communication.
