About the position The CRM Consultant at Lead Love LLC is a remote, long-term contractor role focused on managing B2B CRM implementations within the HubSpot ecosystem. The consultant will work closely with clients to enhance their CRM strategies, ensuring data integrity and effective decision-making. This position emphasizes collaboration, proactive analysis, and the ability to balance immediate impacts with long-term success. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Founder to manage client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion. • Meet regularly with clients to provide status updates and assist them in maximizing HubSpot's capabilities. • Review open tasks in ClickUp to prepare for client meetings and monitor project progress. • Develop a nuanced understanding of each client's business to become a trusted advisor. • Recommend solutions and create action plans for the team to implement. • Plan and execute end-to-end lifecycle tracking, including lifecycle stages and scoring models. • Analyze data in HubSpot to identify successes and areas for improvement. • Simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights and share reports for proactive planning. • Visualize business processes and data flows using tools like Miro. • Ensure CRM data is clean, structured, and scalable for accurate reporting. Requirements • Extensive CRM implementation experience, including data migrations and systems integrations. • Strong understanding of end-to-end lifecycle tracking and supporting cross-functional teams. • Value-driven approach, providing value in every interaction with clients. • Data-centric mindset with a proven track record of establishing reliable, accurate data. • Keen understanding of business impacts and alignment with work requests. • B2B industry experience, particularly in B2B SaaS, Professional Services, and Events. • Familiarity with emerging technologies and the ability to integrate new tools into workflows. • Ownership mentality, taking full responsibility for work outcomes and seeking solutions. Nice-to-haves • Experience with whiteboarding tools like Miro for visualizing processes. • Ability to maintain calm and strategic focus under pressure.
