We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we're committed to helping them grow, learn, and thrive in their careers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Answering customer calls, emails, and social media messages in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner * Assessing customer needs and offering personalized solutions to meet their expectations * Selling travel-related services and promoting credit card vendor partner products * Identifying and resolving customer issues in a proactive and efficient manner * Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services * Adhering to all blithequark and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Be at least 18 years of age * Authorized to work in the United States * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles * Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority * Digital literacy in navigating web-based applications, emails, instant messaging, and internet searches * Clear, cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation * Reliable and committed by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment * Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, having one year of experience working in sales or customer service can be beneficial.
