Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at Workwarp, you will be responsible for: Building Relationships and Providing Support: Facilitate relationships and provide support to the sales team and customers to ensure orders for products are processed with accuracy and efficiency and distributed properly. Order Management: Collect and enter orders for new or additional products, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Customer Account Management: Maintain customer accounts and monitor customer interaction with details of inquiries or feedback. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with staff to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' issues or concerns via telephone, email, and fax with responsive, timely, and professional communications. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and report results, status of accounts, leads, and new prospects to management. Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures such as sales reporting, system entry, and credit. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Provide ideas, innovation, and suggestions for continuous improvement and maximizing sales opportunities. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at Workwarp, you will need: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for working effectively with others. Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate and acquire skills to use internal systems. Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and concerns. High Accuracy Level: A high accuracy level to ensure that orders are processed correctly and customer information is up-to-date. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A Bachelor's degree, concentration in Business, or four (4) years equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Sales Experience: Experience in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Time Management and Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
