Proactively approach customers to drive sales and meet sales goals. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
