Customer Service Support Agent

Limitless Technology is looking for a passionate and empathetic Customer Service Chat Specialist to join our global remote network of freelance support professionals. In this role, you’ll represent one of the world’s most recognized gaming brands, working alongside hundreds of other gamers, using their expert knowledge to help other players enjoy seamless experiences through quick, clear, and friendly chat support. You’ll handle inquiries, solve problems, and make every interaction feel effortless for the customer. This is a fully remote, freelance, hourly paid opportunity. Shifts are currently available Monday to Friday 9am-630pm UTC. Our hourly rates are between $5-$20, depending where you are in the world, and there are always quality and volume-based incentives in addition. You get to choose your own shift. In order to maintain your spot in the squad, you need to average no less than 20hrs a week and 100 or more chat interactions. Going forward there will be opportunities to support global markets meaning we will soon offer 24/7 shift slots available to truly maximise your choice! This is ideal for someone who enjoys helping other product users and values flexibility in when and how they work. What you’ll do Engage with customers through chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and guide them to solutions. Deliver accurate, high-quality support that meets service standards and reflects the brand’s tone and values. Identify and escalate complex cases to specialist teams when required. Maintain clear and consistent documentation of all interactions. Stay up to date with new product updates, service information, and policies to provide informed assistance. Share feedback on recurring issues to help improve the customer experience. What you’ll need Proven experience in customer service, ideally within chat or digital support. Exceptional written English with strong spelling and grammar. Confidence in using multiple tools and systems simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving ability. A reliable internet connection and personal computer. Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings or weekends, when needed. There are other client specific criteria such as a valid PSN ID that has been active for 1 year or more, 8 hours or more of monthly game play and no community suspensions within the last 12 months You must have at least a Windows 11, 64-bit device.
