We are seeking a Customer Success Associate Director to lead advertising initiatives and foster strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients. This role combines strategic oversight, hands-on campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results. You will partner with clients to develop and execute advertising strategies, optimize budgets, and provide actionable insights that grow revenue and strengthen brand presence. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence client success and the evolution of advertising programs across major online marketplaces. Accountabilities Lead the development and execution of advertising strategies tailored to client business objectives, focusing on revenue growth and measurable results. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in e-commerce advertising, providing guidance on campaigns, optimization, and promotions. Manage enterprise clients’ advertising budgets and ensure successful campaign delivery across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, and Instacart. Conduct deep data analysis to answer strategic questions, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams, including product and sales, to influence feature development and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients to maximize platform adoption and success. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field. 6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years managing enterprise-level retail media campaigns. Proven experience managing multi-million dollar paid search budgets and driving results for large brands. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Experience working with senior executives (VP, SVP, C-level) and managing enterprise client relationships. Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills. Track record of client retention, renewal, and delivering measurable value in a SaaS or advertising technology environment. Familiarity with bid and budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning. Benefits Competitive base salary ($109,000–$150,000 USD/year, depending on experience and location).
