Position Summary Inaza is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial in ensuring our US clients achieve maximum value from our intelligent automation solutions for the insurance industry. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, managing client relationships, and contributing to our clients' success and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned US & Caribbean clients, managing and nurturing relationships Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each client's specific goals and needs Collaborate with the Deployments Team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of our automation solutions Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage and drive adoption within client organizations Create, monitor and analyze customer health scores, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients, including on-site visits when necessary Identify and mitigate potential churn risks, working to ensure high retention rates Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and improvement Collaborate with Account Management on renewal strategies and upsell opportunities Stay updated on Inaza 's product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in customer success Represent Inaza at industry events and conferences in the US Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in SaaS or technology industry Strong understanding of B2B software implementation and adoption processes Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client visits and industry events Preferred Qualifications Experience in the insurance industry or working with insurance clients Knowledge of automation technologies, AI, or machine learning concepts Familiarity with project management methodologies Experience with change management and driving organizational adoption of new technologies This role offers the exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI and automation in the insurance industry, helping US clients transform their operations.
