Job Description Experian Consumer Services is looking for a Data Analyst II focusing on user behavior reporting and working with the partners to provide performance updates, applicable insights, and deep-dive analyses. As a Data Analyst II, you will be a vital member of the Data Science and Analytics Team responsible for translating our requirements to data questions, writing complex SQL queries to extract the appropriate data from the data warehouse, compiling and cleansing the information, analyzing the data, providing information/insights to the partners. You will report to the analytics senior manager. What you’ll be doing Extract and analyze data from the warehouse to identify insights, and opportunities to improve product engagement. Maintain Tableau dashboards to meet evolving our needs. Evaluate member activity (engagement, acquisition, retention, revenue) and provide applicable insights to leadership. Analyze CRM marketing programs and deliver performance reports. Use advanced analytics to detect patterns and increase customer experience across web, app, email, and marketing channels. Collaborate with BI and Engineering for data validation and issue resolution. Deliver quick-turn dashboards, identify trends, and recommend actions to influence decisions. Partner with teams to build data infrastructure for tracking and reporting. Present findings and strategic insights to partners to guide decision-making. Qualifications 3+ years in analytics/statistics roles within internet environments. Experience in business analytics , quantitative reasoning, and metrics reporting. Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts. Experienced with BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, AWS Airflow) and real-time dashboard development. Combine large datasets into applicable insights; expertise in data mining, trend analysis, and anomaly detection. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud , Unica , and A/B testing best practices. Familiar with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Excel , and PowerPoint . Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics).
