The Data Compliance Analyst will play a major role supporting & improving the business process of validating newly signed subscribers, confirming eligibility, and assigning them to one of the community solar farms that Ampion manages for its portfolio of clients. This person will complete all regulatory audits throughout the calendar year to adhere with state and program specific consumer compliance & administrative requirements. Lastly, the individual will work cross-functionally within all areas of the business on any company-wide goals, missions or initiatives. The Data Compliance Analyst will report to the Manager, Data Compliance. Core Responsibilities • Firm understanding of all state/program eligibility rules and regulatory operating procedures • Ensure client specific credit requirements and guidelines are being enforced • Work w/various data feeds & tools like utility bills, automated web-scrape, and EDI protocols to validate potential subscribers for enrollment into one of Ampion’s projects based on account attributes • Monitor all enrollment queues for assignment, and liaise with Customer Acquisition to ensure an excellent customer onboarding experience • Complete all consumer compliance and client regulatory filings on time and ensure all are in good standing with the appropriate agency • Provide Level Two (L2) support for Account Management inquiries and initiatives that are received from our clients, as well as client implementations and data conversions • Assist Product & Engineering for implementation of new enrollment workflows, data migrations, troubleshooting exceptions, and continuous improvement of scaling Ampion’s enterprise systems Essential Attributes At Ampion, who you are as a person and professional is as important as the experiences you bring to the team.
