Qualifications 7-10 years of business experience 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery Education Undergraduate B.A PhD. or MBA strongly preferred Expertise in asking insightful questions to understand business problems and identify relevant data governance measurements, objectives, and improvement opportunities. Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of client teams and internal stakeholders. Creativity in generating practical and innovative solutions to complex or ambiguous data governance challenges within team and client environments. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $151,000 to $188,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. What you will be doing: The Data Governance Solutions Architect supports in identifying and shaping new business opportunities through the analysis of data governance needs, competitive intelligence, and solution options. They assist in evaluating data management and governance capabilities suitable for clients and contribute to aligning efforts across execution teams, leveraging market research and internal WWT experiences. The Data Governance Solutions Architects work closely with senior team members to develop workflows, automate processes, and improve data governance strategies. They create comprehensive documentation, analyze client requirements, and contribute to project execution. They also analyze business processes to identify data management improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives. Key Responsibilities Leads client conversations to gather requirements and deeply understand data governance needs and opportunities for improvement. Conducts research on available data governance tools and solutions, focusing on innovative, cross-functional capabilities to enhance data management processes. Actively participates in team meetings, contributing insights on workflow automation, process documentation, and data governance advancements. Builds relationships across WWT, fostering a collaborative, client-focused environment that supports data governance best practices and business alignment.
