About the position Responsibilities • Identify patients for inclusion in the clinical registries through the application of strict inclusion/exclusion criteria and protocols. • Collect and validate data for the program using the applicable criteria and definitions established by the registry. • Establish and maintain adequate workflow for data collection. • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of data onto the program's website. • Ensure the transmission of completed data according to the program's targets and deadlines. • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and report. • Collaborate with clinical departments/units on performance improvement initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. • Five years of related experience. • Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information. Nice-to-haves • Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license. This may be required for some positions. • Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN). Apply tot his job
