Dealer Success Manager

Capital One is seeking a Dealer Success Manager who will operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to auto dealers. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to drive customer success, enhance technology adoption, and ensure dealers maximize the value of Capital One's offerings. Responsibilities Strategic POD Partnership: Collaborate and partner with the Area Sales Manager (ASM), and POD team members (RMs, ARMs) to develop and execute cohesive market strategies and achieve unified sales goals Sales Enablement and Retention Cycle Ownership: Drive superior success by contributing to and supporting the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform, and owning the customer adoption and retention lifecycle, which includes: Driving process improvements aligned with superior customer outcomes and the overarching Capital One Sales Process Providing subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform when representing the Sales organization Product and Process troubleshooting, specifically relating to Navigator Platform Frequent, in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle Skills High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 1 year of experience in Process Management At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management Bachelors Degree 2+ years of experience in Process Management 2+ years of experience in Relationship management Benefits Performance based incentive compensation Cash bonus(es) Long term incentives (LTI) Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits Company Overview Capital One is a financial services company that provides banking, credit card, auto loan, savings, and commercial banking services.
