Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Forensics Litigation Attorney. The attorney will handle responsibilities including legal research, drafting legal documents such as motions, reviewing forensic evidence, managing depositions, and representing clients during trials. The role also involves collaboration with legal teams, clients, and experts to address litigation needs related to digital fraud and cybercrime cases. Qualifications • Proficient knowledge and expertise in Law, with a strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures. • Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as Motions, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with Courts processes and practices, including courtroom etiquette and procedures. • Hands-on experience conducting Trials and managing Depositions effectively. • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a remote work environment. • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction. • Experience or expertise in cybercrime or digital forensic cases is a significant advantage.
