Digital Marketing Specialist

Next Level Pros is a business growth and leadership development company that partners with service-based and locally owned businesses across the United States. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support both Next Level Pros and NL Partners by managing paid advertising systems to drive lead flow and customer acquisition, focusing on performance and scalability. Responsibilities Create and manage new ad accounts for portfolio companies Develop digital advertising strategies focused on lead generation Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms Monitor daily performance and make data driven optimizations Research and test new advertising platforms and traffic sources Collaborate with internal teams on creative, messaging, and offers Track and report on performance metrics clearly and consistently Maintain clean account structures and scalable systems Skills Hands-on experience running paid ads on at least one platform such as: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Search or Display, YouTube Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization principles Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on performance Strong communication, organization, and ownership mentality Takes ownership and accountability for results Wants to learn, improve, and be coached Communicates clearly and proactively Thrives in a fast paced environment Wants to build something long term with a team Location: Tri-Cities, WA preferred (Remote available) College degree not required Benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities (variable, not guaranteed) Paid training and development Health benefits are not currently available as we are a small company, but benefits will be added as the company continues to grow Company Overview Next Level Pros: Designing Lives that Impact the World At Next Level Pros, we believe in empowering entrepreneurs to build scalable, impactful businesses that drive change.
