Develop and execute a global social media and digital communications strategy for Hewlett-Packard/HP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and impactful content for various digital channels. Manage and oversee all social media and digital communication efforts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and analysis. Build and maintain brand awareness and reputation through effective digital communication strategies. Keep up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our digital presence. Lead and mentor a team of social media and digital communication professionals to ensure high-quality work and achieve business objectives. Develop and manage budgets for social media and digital communication initiatives. Monitor and analyze data and metrics to track the success of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to leverage their expertise and resources for digital campaigns. Act as a key spokesperson for Hewlett-Packard/HP on social media and digital platforms and maintain a consistent brand voice and image. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align digital strategies with overall business and marketing objectives. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Identify and mitigate potential risks and crises related to social media and digital communications. Own and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, influencers, and industry leaders, to enhance the company's digital presence and reputation.
