The Opportunity: We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Director, Publisher Sales to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic publisher partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our publisher network. Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with enterprise-level publishers Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in client communications and goals. Consistently exceed sales targets and performance KPIs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity plans. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear forecasting. Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience publisher sales with a strong track record of success. Proven experience working with technology platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Energetic, driven, and passionate about building meaningful client relationships.
