Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying any potential risks or issues and proposing solutions. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time while maintaining the highest quality standards. Develop and implement project management tools and processes to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency. Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and key milestones. Mentor and coach project managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, and incorporate new technologies and best practices into project management processes. Act as a representative of Merck & Co. at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's mission and values. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
