Assist in the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the company. Conduct research and gather data on best practices for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to promote diversity and equity. Plan and coordinate diversity and inclusion events, workshops, and training sessions. Communicate with employees at all levels to promote awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Support the creation and maintenance of diverse recruitment and retention programs. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to support diversity and inclusion efforts. Monitor and analyze diversity and inclusion metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. Create and distribute educational materials and resources to promote diversity and inclusion within the company. Participate in company-wide diversity and inclusion committees and working groups. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that diversity and inclusion principles are integrated into company policies and procedures. Provide support to employees who have experienced discrimination or harassment, and assist in resolving related issues. Represent Comcast at external events and conferences focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Embody and promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and equality within the company.
