Our client is a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand focused on personal care products across oral hygiene, nail & foot care, and home hygiene categories. As our E-commerce Product Launch Manager, you’ll own the entire lifecycle of launching new dropshipping products—built on Shopify with expertly crafted comparison pages and persuasive PDPs that convert paid search traffic. You won’t just follow a checklist. You’ll build, optimize, and elevate our product launch machinery—leveraging AI copywriting, AI-generated imagery, and smart experimentation. Your work directly fuels revenue growth and product expansion. You will: • Build end-to-end funnels for new product launches—from comparison pages to Shopify PDPs • Craft high-impact landing page content using generative AI (copy + images) • Refine and elevate AI outputs with your marketing intuition • Own and continuously improve our product launch frameworks, processes, templates • Coordinate cross-functional experts (Marketing, Tech, Customer Service, Supply Chain) • Track milestones, deadlines, risks—and keep everyone aligned • Report progress clearly and concisely to key stakeholders This role is hands-on, creative, and process-driven. Must-Haves • 3–5+ years in e-commerce growth, product, or marketing roles • Proven success building & scaling Shopify dropshipping stores (experience with 7-figure brands = strong advantage) • Experience producing comparison-style pages or review content • Strong marketing judgment—especially for AI-assisted copy & visuals • Proficiency using AI copy tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) • Experience with AI image generators for e-commerce creatives • Process-oriented thinker able to build structure from ambiguity • Excellent risk assessment and communication skills • Comfortable holding others accountable • Self-motivated and thrives in remote environments • Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, etc.) • Must be available for collaboration between 2–4 PM BST Nice to Have • Experience working with media buyers and paid search campaigns • E-commerce agency experience • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) Apply tot his job
