Electrical Test Engineer

They are seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to join their Product Development team, where the engineer will contribute to the commercialization of wearable bio-sensors and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance healthcare quality and patient experience. Responsibilities Automating test equipment Write test plans and reports for FDA submissions Create schematics and design PCBs to assist in testing of company products Lab bring-up of products and test tools Cross-functional collaboration within EE team and greater Product Development (MechE, F/W, System engineering) Skills Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or related field) 1-3 years of industry experience in developing test systems Excellent EE fundamentals Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits Hands-on lab experience including soldering, data acquisition, lab test equipment: multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc Hands-on experience in prototype bring-up, debugging and functional verification Familiarity with schematic and layout tools (Altium a bonus) as well as circuit analysis and simulation tools (SPICE) Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Experience with a scripting language for analyzing and plotting data (Python a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with minimal supervision Company Overview iRhythm is a leading digital health care company that creates trusted solutions that detect, predict, and prevent disease.
