Enablement Program Manager

About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to support a global operations organization focused on community growth and engagement. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize enablement programs that empower field teams to deliver exceptional community experiences and drive measurable growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop learning programs, launch content management tools, and create resources that help teams engage and support a worldwide network of hosts and partners. Key Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and continuously improve enablement programs for global growth and engagement teams. • Design and deliver onboarding and training programs that support field teams and community initiatives. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create educational content and manage knowledge-sharing resources. • Build toolkits including e-learning modules, guides, worksheets, templates, and videos to support ongoing initiatives. • Launch and manage content within systems such as Highspot to ensure materials are organized and accessible. • Maintain training documentation and oversee updates to ensure consistency and accuracy. • Collect and analyze feedback from field teams to refine the enablement strategy and improve outcomes. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in program management, enablement, or operations within a global or high-growth organization. • Strong background in developing and executing learning and enablement programs for distributed teams. • Familiarity with sales methodologies, performance metrics, and go-to-market execution. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally. • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in dynamic environments. • Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, LMS tools) preferred.
