The company is seeking a self-motivated civil designer to join their Eugene office, where the individual will work on a variety of projects and grow in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Join our thriving Eugene, OR office as a self-motivated civil designer Take on a wide variety of projects, stretch beyond your comfort zone, and grow without the constraints of rigid roles Practice with minimal organizational barriers, driven by your own competency, passion, and commitment Skills BSCE required Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Work Authorization/Sponsorship: KPFF cannot provide or transfer visa sponsorship for this position.
