With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development, we strive to create a work environment that is both challenging and rewarding. **Job Summary** As an Entry Level Customer Training Specialist – Traveling at blithequark, you will embark on a high-travel position that requires up to 5 nights of overnight hotel stays per week. You will travel both individually and with a team to install and convert our software for customers, meeting with dealership management to understand their unique needs and requirements. Based on these insights, you will customize the system and train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution. When not on the road, you will support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office. To ensure your success in this role, we will provide you with a company cell phone and laptop computer. **Key Responsibilities** * Travel up to 5 nights per week, with overnight hotel stays, to install and convert our software for customers * Meet with dealership management to understand their needs and requirements * Customize the system based on customer needs and train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution * Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office * Collaborate with a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership personnel **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent presentation and communication skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years * Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Training and Development** At blithequark, we invest in our employees' growth and development.
