They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership, managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling confidential information. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups Track deadlines, monitor action items, and support special projects Take meeting notes and maintain organized records and filing systems Assist with travel coordination and executive logistics when required Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by leadership Skills Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and reliability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills High level of confidentiality and discretion Must be a current resident of Miami, Florida No prior Executive Assistant experience required Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Company Overview NE Capital | Turning Vision into Value Founded in 2020 by entrepreneur Luana Paes Mendonça, NE Capital is the forward-looking investment arm of the renowned JCPM Group.
