As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our mission to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered. **Your Role in Our Mission** As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their members, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions and/or forwarding to appropriate personnel and providing consultancy utilizing knowledge and expertise on insurance and healthcare. * Developing and implementing general insurance and health care policies in accordance with state and federal laws and providing expertise to investigate and adjudicate claim characteristics that do not match policy provisions. * Responding to provider appeals and meeting with providers to resolve problems/issues. Advising provider review councils, state officials, and working with organized healthcare groups and associations on various medical issues related to insurance and healthcare programs. * Processing calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Recording calls, processing requests, and updating account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation. * Interfacing with team members, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues.
