Job Summary As a part-time Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for efficiently responding to customer inquiries received through chat channels, providing timely and accurate information regarding our services, policies, and operational procedures. You will also be tasked with identifying and investigating customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering suitable solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Efficiently respond to customer inquiries received through chat channels, providing timely and accurate information regarding services, policies, and operational procedures. Issue Resolution: Identify and investigate customer issues, troubleshooting problems and offering suitable solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions, within our customer relationship management (CRM) system to facilitate follow-ups and monitor trends. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service delivery; actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on current blithequark products, services, and updates to provide accurate information and support to customers. Self-Management: Plan and manage workload efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs), adjusting strategies as necessary to handle peak periods or customer escalations. Feedback Implementation: Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes; propose actionable solutions to enhance service quality. Training and Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to improve skills and remain current with industry trends and best practices. Requirements Experience We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment. Experience in a remote work setting is highly desirable. Technical Skills Proficiency with chat support platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to quickly learn new software and tools. Personality Traits We are looking for hardworking and energetic individuals who take initiative and are committed to delivering high-quality service.
