This is a remote position that requires you to work an adaptable schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries via phone, email, and online, providing expert guidance on various topics, and building long-term relationships with our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide top-tier customer service experience while working in a high-speed environment * Assist clients with billing and insurance-related questions, including copays and protection checks * Proactively identify solutions to common client questions and concerns * Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacy specialists and store staff, to resolve complex issues * Respond to client requests and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner * Utilize specialized knowledge to help clients navigate pharmacy.amazon.com * Build long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized support and guidance **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical terminology * Familiarity with Amazon's pharmacy services and policies * Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred) * Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams * Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical terminology (preferred) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
